Dr. Patrick Carmichael
Patrick R. Carmichael MD, attended medical school at the University of South Florida. He completed his training at the University of Florida/Alachua General Hospital. He served on the faculty at the University of Florida College of Medicine and is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Carmichael entered the Family Medicine Practice in 1983 and is currently practicing with Gainesville Family Physicians.
Dr. Carmichael has been doing cosmetic injections for the past ten years in addition to maintaining his busy family practice. He is an advocate for health and natural healing for his patients.

Wendy graduated from the Santa Fe College Nursing Program in 1985 and worked in various areas of nursing for 25 years before acquiring her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from the University of South Florida.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Wendy has experience in Urology, Gynecology, Family Practice, and Orthopedics. Wendy has the desire to deliver excellent patient care to help her patients achieve optimal health as naturally as possible. This is what has driven her passion to excel in the practice of regenerative medicine.
Wendy is married to Santa Fe College baseball coach Johnny Wiggs and has three daughters: Brittany, Ashley, and Jenna. Wendy enjoys being physically active and competing in triathlons.
Stephanie was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida and has been a licensed Aesthetician since 1996. She trained at Powell Beauty Academy and has continued her education through Dermal Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University.
Stephanie has certifications in VI Peels, Microneedling, microdermabrasion, ultrashape, velashape, and microcurrent. She uses her personal and professional knowledge to educate patients regarding their unique skin care needs.
Stephanie enjoys water activities and spending time with her six-year-old son.
Natalie moved to Gainesville from Ohio in 2001 and is married with three adult daughters. She has worked with a variety of medical specialties over the past ten years as a medical biller, coder, and chart auditor.
Her hobbies include spending time with her family, watching her daughter play volleyball, gardening, and recently working with stained glass. Her interest in natural medicine, health, and nutrition is an asset to our practice.
